How To Organise Your Event

To make things as easy as possible we recommend following the

“Four Golden Rules for Leading a Healthy Life and Organising a Karting Event”

1st Golden Rule - Check Availability First!

Before you begin to organise your group ring us to check available dates. Choose one you think

might suit your group and get yourself penciled in our diary. - then start organising.

2nd Golden Rule - Act Fast

As soon as you put the phone down on us, immediately start speaking to the people in your group to advise them of the date, the time, the price and the fact they will need to pay you a deposit.

By the agreed date to secure their place on the grid.

3rd Golden Rule - Be Firm

When speaking to people, the message should be that if they want to take part in this event then they must give you a deposit or they will not be taking part.

4th Golden Rule- Never Give Up

It is quite normal for numbers to fluctuate and people to drop out and join in again. If the number you end up with is less than you had hoped for - don’t despair, for some is better than none and we’ll make sure you still have a great time.
